Our experience with Bloomtown was great. Diane, the delivery driver, called to let me know that she was going to hold the delivery until later in the day when the weather was better as the recipient was not home at the time of original delivery. I truly appreciated this gesture as the flowers being sent to someone who lost both of her parents within days of each other. Diane was a gem and provide above and beyond service! THANK YOU! And, we receive a notice from our recipient letting us know that the plant was 'beyond beautiful'. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts.
